Difference between a manager and a leader

Both are indeed very important roles, but it is worth noting that there is a signifiant difference between them:

Seek challenges (Leaders)
- The best leaders are constantly seeking challenges.
- They thrive on doing something new
- They also consider improvements a normal part of their day-2-day job!
Control (Manager)
- Managers, are more interested in controlling their people.
- They often rely on policies and procedures when making decisions about how to interact with employees.
- A leader on the other hand are more interested and focused on inspiring and motivating the people who work for them.
