Background

What is it like for a leader to start out in a new organisation.
What are the critical steps and decisions we need to take to prove that we have what it takes to lead the organisation.
What would be your priorties in Week 1, first 100 days
These are the questions we are going to explore during the week of the 17th-22nd January.
I will begin with a case study to form the basis of our ideas and forum discussions.

How do members & guests participate in this forum

Everyone is welcome to join in, regardless of their background and work experiences. The goal is for everyone to learn and benefit from this event
Participants will be encouraged to post their comments at any time during 1.17-22 that is convivent to them.
I will act as facilaitor and may ask additional questions to move forward the debate to the next stage.

What happens next
