Hi Justin,
I am sorry I have not responded to you and your email's earlier but things have been really hectic here for months now and the email I received this morning made me feel really guilty for the lack of response to you earlier.

It is great to see how far you are going with Toastmasters and this web page looks good too.

As the President of Country Chatters it makes me proud to see others promoting and embracing the benefits that Toastmasters international offers those that join.

Last week we had a demonstration meeting in our next town and it looks very promising that a new club will be formed.

I am also including here some of the items we use in our meeting agenda so that others can see what can be used to make the 2 hrs go in record time and knowing everyone will have a marvellous time of cause there are a million other ways to have fun too but we have found that variation is the key to enjoyment of our meeting and everyone that attends say they had a good time and are they invited back.

Why not put Toastmasters on all your email's as part of your signature as I do and this never changes no matter to whom I send it too.

I have my web pages under this.

You do not need to be in an executive position to put your Toastmasters signature under your name just Toastmaster or Toastmaster CC/CL or what ever level you are at.

I wear my badge a lot to as it is unusual and you are bound to get a question on it.

I trust there is some items in this that will help some one some where that reads this.

Remenber you can swap anything with other Toastmasters Clubs as long as it does not contain any members names and personal information unless of cause you have it in writing that they agree to it first.

That's it Justin I trust this makes up for the slowness of my replies.

Take care all you Toastmasters and others that visit this site.
