Club plan execution & the committee
So what is important about the execution of the club's plan. What is critical here and what lessons have we learned?
BTW - thanks forthe feedback so far, please keep them coming in!
Its all about the execution and keeping everyone happy.
The key point i want to make is to try and agree what you want to achieve on a monthly basis and for members of the committee to report back on any problems.

Take the opportunity to promote the club's plans at each club meeting so you keep people informed and try and use this time to also get member buy-in!My club has a club plan that is available during the meetings, but Im not sure if members pay any attention!
I don't want to sound like a project manager, but the clubs should approach the implementation professionally by providing a status on the club's plan and have a kick off session with its members.With the kick off, what are the aspriations of the club and it members - a group discussion can produce some interesting results!
Keep your committee members happy because they will make the difference during the club year.
Keep your focus on the important things - DCP and all else will fall into place!!
