#46 Managing conflict to get sustainable long-term results (JustinBarry)

William Channing's quote is still very refreshing on this subject in which he says that 'Difficulties are meant to rouse, not discourage. The human spirit is to grow strong by conflict.' As leaders, we need to manage this arena carefully if we want to get the long-term results from this. So here are some thoughts on this subject.
