#88 The 4 Most Important Words as a Leader

posted by Justin Barry, Group AdministratorThursday, July 7th 2011 @ 1:04 AM

This is excellent advice for anyone starting out as a leader or manager, and it could get no simpler......

The 4 most important words are:

"what do you think?"

and why is that:

- its saying that you are a person of value that has an opinion that I want to hear.

- it is a show of respect and a powerful motivator

and note to:

- Always express your appreciation

- Ask early, not after you’ve already made up your mind.

QUESTION - does anyone have any other 4-5 important words that leaders/managers can use?

Hey!!

Welcome back Justin!! Where have you been??

Anyway, I have 2 magical words as a suggestion:  "Thank you!"

As you know, gratitude and employee recognition is very important.

Best Regards,

Shane!
