In fact, all the contestants are winners because the standard has been very high for this competition and I applaude you all for stepping forward and giving your valuable time to this competition!

I want this to be a learning opportunity for all, and would like to share the contestant's responses, but the contestants will not be identified. -- this i will post later today

9 September- Topics question will be posted on the forum before 10GMT

9-10 September - All written responses must be in via email to justinbarry4289@hotmail.com by 10th September 17GMT/14EST.

11 September - Winner is announced at 12GMT!!

Rules

This competition is open to ALL
Contestants must not use any external information resources to help them.
The response must be in writing and be structured as a table topics response (i.e. a mini speech)
The written response must be sent via email to justinbarry4289@hotmail.com
The Topics Judges form will be used for scoring

Hi Justin. This is a hot topic, we must remember that public figures like us all are entitled to privacy, at least that is their argument. But being a public figure brings responsibility, and they should be scrutinised if it is in the public interest. Without the press watching them on our behalf, the public would be left in ignorence of any wrong doing that could their lives. As i said at the outset their position brings a demand for high standards of accountability,and in their private lives they should lead by example. Regards Des
