Hey all,
I hear this all too often - do we need to grow our club beyond our 20+ members.
Why - if we do, how do we get on the agenda!!
So what works best...bring in new blood OR keep the existing crew happy!!??
Here in Toronto Canada, on average, semi-annual attrition reaches 20%. That's five members in a 20-member club. Within two years, how many members would there be left if recruiting wasn't an on-going part of any functioning, healthy club? DAH!!!

Hey Al, very fair point. The question assumes that membership levels are maintained around the 20 members.
To be honest, i would find it hard if I had to fight to get on the meeting agenda because club membership numbers were high!
