Hello Justin.What an interesting challange. As an incoming President No I I would need to have a VISION to see the challanges that lie ahead. No 2 . I need to have FAITH to believe that I could meet those challanges. No 3 have the COURAGE to do what I think needs doing to take my club to the next level. The problem in regard to the age profile could be helped if the Vice Pres Public relations & Vice Pres Membership were divided up one older member & one younger. The younger one could concentrate on trying to recruit people of their own age group.In regard the need to haveing every member having to complete 6 speeches this would discussed VP education and the members. I do think a change of venue is a good idea irespective of the condition of the room, i sometimes think a change of venue every 5 years or so is not a bad thing.
