Here are some key facts:
- Sales targets are down due to challenging markets and the product features
- Customer Support is not fully utilised because the volume of sales/calls are down
- R&D does not have the support of the board because they don't fully understand the value it contributes and the costs to develop products from concept
- Project portfolio is behind schedule due to changes in project and product priorities and the IT systems are complex due to the nature of the products that are launched
