I believe that benefit should be paid in vouchers for clothing and food so people will not spend the money in the pub and other fancy goods they are not wntitled to. I choose to have a cat and dog instead of kids. I am not paid an allowance for my pets. people who have kids should do so because they want them and can afford to have them.

Of course it should target Child Benefit.

It is unfortunate, but true, that all children are NOT born equal.

Child Benefit is meant to level the playing field. It does nothing of the sort. Quite the opposite, in fact.

NO - 150% tax on bankers bonus payments would have been more appropriate action to take!
