Hi All

Celebrity nobodies Peter Andre and Katie Price (Jordan) have announced their separation. They have also appealed for privacy.

Are they for real?

This is a couple who have actively sought out publicity, with multiple autobiographies, reality TV shows, fly-on-the-wall documentaries, glossy magazine wedding, endless interviews etc etc etc etc

But now that the whole tawdry edifice has come tumbling down, they want privacy!!!!! At least until the next Hello shoot ("Brave Katie's first interview after divorce" or "We always knew we'd get back together")

If you sell yourself body and soul to the media to this extent, do you forfeit the right to privacy?

Barry

Hi Barry - nice question!!

You have to admire the breathtaking gall of their hypocrisy, having had the last four years of their marriage trailled around by a camera crew!!

At the end of a day they obviously had BIG issues, but with 3 beautiful kiddies lets hope that they can remain amicable, and good strong parents.

I guess this is a justifable reason to ask for some privacy!

Sarah.
