Absoluately not!!!....No. When I can get my hands on a four-bedroom house for €300k in a nice part of Dublin, come back to me. This economy needs so much adjusting it's just not funny. It's only wishful thinking to deny this. And look at where wishful thinking has got you so far?

I agree, Sarah. The only stimulus is the artificial ones like $8000.00 tax break when buying a house. Once that ended, it was back into the toilet housing purchases. |
