If you could pick one person in history to represent the ideal leader who would it be and why?

Hi Michael,
This is a great and challenging question.
For me it would be Mahatma Gandhi.
I think a true and remarkable leader whose priority was to best serve his people.

Very good choice.
Its not easy as everyone has flaws, but who used them to their advantage the most? |

Hi Michael
Good question. For me it would be 1 of 2
Nelson Mandela : For the his leadership of post-apartheid South Africa
Abraham Lincoln : For being prepared to bring an end to slavery even though it could have destroyed the Union

Ok,
My pick would be Desmond Tutu and Nelson Mandela.
Both have such a presence, you just can't help stopping whatever your doing and listen. Every word that comes out of their mouths is either wisdom or will make history.
