Came across a great quote about how to handle challenges and difficult situations. What is your view and approach on this?

I would suggest that we approach difficult challenges with an open mind and positive attitude.

It's amazing how much more empowered we feel after having successfully tackled and conquered a difficult situation. One of the added benefits is that it makes it a little easier taking on the next difficulty that arises.
